- Error Codes on system: P0611, P0261, P0264, P0267, P0270, P0273, P0276, P0279, and P0282
- Cold Starts, Rough Starts
- No Start
- Dropping Fuel Mileage
- Running Poorly or "Missing"
- Power Loss when accelerating
- After cold / rough start, engine warms up may start/run normal until it cools back down
- Seems like it is running on less than 8 cylinders
